Porcelain Veneers

Reshape your teeth for a beautiful, white smile.

In the hands of a highly skilled dentist, porcelain laminates can provide you with an incredibly natural, beautiful smile. They are virtually undetectable and can dramatically improve your appearance. They are durable and long-lasting when compared to other cosmetic treatments.

Dental Implants

An excellent way to replace missing teeth.

Dental implants with artificial teeth are the closest thing to regrowing your natural teeth. They are strong, stable, durable and virtually undetectable. By filling gaps left by missing teeth, implants can provide better chewing ability and head off jaw joint problems. They are far superior to removable dentures.

Smile Whitening

Dramatically whiten your smile.

Modern tooth whitening systems are highly effective and have dramatic results. Many celebrities consistently whiten their teeth to improve their appearance. Accelerated whitening is another option for some patients. This process can result in whiter, brighter teeth in just one office visit. Please consult with the doctor to see if this procedure may work for you.

Veneers

Veneers are solutions for cracked, stained, crooked or chipped teeth. They are mostly applied to the front row teeth. Veneers become simple solutions for more localized problems which may be treatable using dental bonding procedures.

Two types of veneers are available for you: porcelain and composite resins. Where composite resins can be applied directly to the teeth, they require appropriate shaping. On the other hand, porcelain veneers are in the form of thin hard shells and are constructed in a lab before they are bonded over the teeth.

Since there is no requirement of construction in labs, composite veneers are typically a less expensive solution as compared to porcelain veneers. Although more expensive. Porcelain veneers however have a longer life and less susceptible to staining. Where composite resin restorations last between five and seven years and are subject to staining, porcelain veneers easily last well over 15 years and are not subject to staining.

Veneer Procedures

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are constructed based on area impression. This impression is taken after preparing the enamel of the teeth for better fitting of the veneer. For this, the teeth enamel is minimally reduced, usually between 0.5mm and 1.0mm. Similar to crowns and bridges, a temporary veneer may be provided to you till the final version is ready. This procedure is normally executed without the use of any anesthetic.

Once constructed, the final touches of your veneer include checking for proper color matching and fit.

Before a veneer is bonded, the teeth will be properly cleaned and polished. After application of a special bonding agent it is light cured. The procedure is completed by doing a final contouring and polishing of the veneer..

Composite Veneers

A quick procedure, you can be provided with composite veneers in a single office visit. The best color for you is chosen after a detailed discussion of the results you desire and the options available for treatment.

Once decided the resin will simply be directly applied to your teeth and professionally sculpted into the desired shape. Bonding between the tooth and the veneer is then done so that the area becomes solidified.

Teeth Whitening

There are various reasons for discoloration of your teeth as you grow older.

  • Your teeth can darken due to, mineral exposure.
  • Consumption of certain foods, drinks, or tobacco products leave yellowish-brown stains on your teeth.
  • Although not very common but some medications or bacterial infections can also be a cause for discoloration.

Stains penetrate the outer surface of your teeth and therefore require professional attention. Where quick solutions in the form of over-the-counter products such as whitening toothpastes are effective in reducing surface level stains; we provide outstanding teeth whitening solutions that break the toughest of stains to restore your teeth to their former beauty.

Since whitening procedures are not applicable on all kinds of discolorations or all kinds of stains, (e.g. darkening caused by cavities); our experts will be happy to help you select the best option based on your personal situation and your personal requirements. Restoration options can be used for some cases that cannot be fixed with whitening procedures.
